To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, please review our appointment policy below:
- You may book appointment for yourself or your Friends and family members in advance through our website, by phone, our social media accounts or in person at our centre
- Our Team will confirm your appointments via Email, SMS and/or Call after checking availability of our Doctors and Therapist within 24 hours of your request
- We will send you appointment reminders via email, SMS, phone call. Please ensure your contact information is up to date
- If you are a new client, we recommend arriving 15 – 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms
- For existing clients, we request to carry your File / Client Card while visiting the centre
- In case you are arriving late for treatment/ consultation, we recommend to inform us in advance to avoid any inconvenience and delays
- If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, you may need to wait till the next slot gets vacant
- We understand that unforeseen emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you
- We understand that schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment
- For clients who purchase treatment packages or prepaid services, appointments must be booked within the validity period as per your Package Duration
- Missed appointments or cancellations outside of the policy terms may result in the forfeiture of that session unless informed
- Please notify us in advance if you are feeling unwell, pregnant, or have any health concerns that may affect your treatment
- Certain treatments may not be suitable under these conditions, and we want to ensure your safety and well-being at all times
- Full payment for services and/or Products is expected at the time of availing services
