Return & Refund Policy
We at Reaviva Holistic Health ensure all our clients have positive experience of our services and products. We aim to be transparent about our refund policy to maintain fairness and clarity for all.
- All services are non-refundable once rendered. Due to the nature of aesthetic and wellness treatments, individual results may vary, and refunds cannot be provided based on outcomes.
- We encourage clients to schedule a follow-up consultation if they have concerns about the results. In some cases, adjustments or alternative treatments may be offered to help achieve your desired outcome.
- Prepaid treatment packages or multi-session plans are non-refundable. These packages offer savings and benefits over individual sessions and are designed to be used within the specified validity period.
- If a client cannot continue treatment due to medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances, credit may be applied toward other services at Card Rate upon management’s discretion.
- Packages must be used within specified period from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
- Products purchase once cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- They are valid for specified period from the date of purchase and can be used toward any treatment or product at the clinic or as inclusive in Gift Card.
- In the event of cancellation or discontinuation of prepaid services, refunds will not be issued. However, the remaining balance can be transferred toward other treatments or products available at the clinic upon approval by management.
